On the fourth competition day of the Asian Championship, athletes from the Center participated in the individual time trial for juniors and U23 riders over a 21.4 km distance.

In the junior category, 18 athletes from 18 countries competed. Representing Kazakhstan, Kiril Zhang (Zhetisu region) secured 5th place, finishing 31 seconds behind the leader.

In the U23 women's category, 11 athletes from 11 countries took part. Violetta Kazakova (Shymkent) represented Kazakhstan, finishing in 8th place, 1 minute and 38 seconds behind the winner from China.
