Children's fitness is a program of management designed for children. Has a minimum tramvmoopasnost, in contrast to employment in professional sports sections. Our trainers will help to choose an exercise program for the psychotype of each child, corresponding to his temperament, level of physical training and interests.
All lessons on the schedule of children's programs are held in the evenings on weekdays (17.00 / 19.00) 3 times a week for 60 minutes, so that the children sleep and are charged with energy.

Classes are held in the following areas:

  • Warm up muscles, joint 10 min.
  • Exercise with a gymnastic stick jerk, undermining, squatting with a stick over your head (overhead) the exercise develops legs, hands, back. Exercise is taken from the elements of weightlifting.
