In the Olympic Training Center “Astana” held a presentation of the annual report of senior coaches in rowing and track and field. Senior rowing coach Aishambek Ibrashev and senior track and field coach Sergey Arzamasov presented their results and plans for the next year.

The coaches emphasized the key successes of the athletes in 2024. Aishambek Ibrashev noted significant results in rowing, including athletes' participation in international competitions and achievement of prizes at national tournaments. Sergey Arzamasov, in turn, spoke about the high results of track and field athletes, who showed themselves in the disciplines of sprinting, jumping and marathon running.

Special attention was paid to teamwork, emphasizing the contribution of the coaching staff and discipline of athletes, which contributed to successful performances.

At the meeting they discussed the issues of financing, highlighting the need to modernize the sports infrastructure and improve conditions for the training process. They also presented and approved the calendar of sports events for 2025, which provides for the participation of athletes at both national and international levels.

Summarizing the results, the coaches expressed confidence in further progress of their disciplines and aimed at new records in 2025.
