September 22, 2018 Charity Bike Ride through the main streets of the left bank of the capital will take place.

This bike ride will be held as part of a series of events “Healthy Heart Month 2018”, the purpose of which is to prevent the development of heart disease among the population by promoting a healthy lifestyle. All funds collected during the events will be directed to the development of education and science in the field of cardiac surgery.

The participants and guests of the Bike Ride will enjoy a rich opening ceremony, to which a three-time champion of the China track cycling tour, Andrei Chugai, will also be invited. The 8 km long route will start from the territory of the National Scientific Cardiac Surgery Center JSC and run along major streets on the left bank, such as Turan and Uly Dala avenues, Turkestan and Kerey streets, Zhanibekkhandar, past the new landmark of the capital - the Botanical Garden.

The main organizer of the Charity event “Healthy Heart Month 2018” is the Center of Heart Corporate Foundation, founded on the initiative of the National Scientific Cardiac Surgery Center JSC. The Heart Foundation corporate foundation is the only foundation in Kazakhstan created to develop the scientific and educational activities of the clinic, as well as to improve the cardiac surgery service of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a whole.
