On May 30 at 12.00, the 2nd Republican Football Championship among orphans and children without parental care took place at the Astana Arena sports complex. The organizers of the project are the Bauyrzhan charitable foundation, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Football Federation of Kazakhstan, the Republican State Enterprise "Republican Cycling Track "Saryarka". During the final match of the qualifying round of the championship between the teams "Arystan" (Orphanage No. 1, Akkol) and “Esil” (Orphanage No. 2 in Yesil) was won by the team from the Yesil orphanage. Now they will have to compete for the main prize - an acquaintance with the life of the football club FC Milan.

At the opening of the match, in his speech, Erlan Kuralbekovich Zhumzhaev, head of the Astana Arena stadium, expressed gratitude to the Bauyrzhan Foundation for the opportunity to jointly organize this event, and expressed a desire for further cooperation.

After the end of the match, the administration of the Republican State Enterprise “Republican Cycling Track “Saryarka”, as part of the open day, organized an educational tour of the “Saryarka” cycling track for the tournament participants.

This project is aimed at strengthening not only the physical, but also the moral spirit of orphans, giving them the opportunity to test their potential, show their strength, thereby developing in them a sense of self-confidence in the future, to join different cultures.

“Towards the Dream” is a republican football championship among orphans and children left without parental care. Last year, the winners had a unique trip to Spain, meeting with the players of the Barcelona football club and visiting the famous Camp Nou stadium, which became an unforgettable and brightest event in life for the orphans.
