On September 9, 2019, a meeting of employees of the Olympic Training Center for Cycling was held in the conference hall of the Saryarka cycle track.

On the agenda is an explanation of the President’s Address to the people of Kazakhstan “Constructive public dialogue - the basis of stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan”.

The head of the on-call service, Serik Zhumagazievich, who acted as speaker, informed the participants about the main areas noted in the Message. He also explained to employees about the responsibility for fulfilling the tasks outlined in the Message - such as supporting the institution of family and childhood, creating an inclusive society, ensuring the quality and accessibility of medical services, improving the quality of education, supporting cultural workers, developing the social support system and the domestic pension system .
