On 16 October 2014, the Members of the Commission on Human Rights under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan headed by its Chairman, Kuanysh Sultanov, visited the State Enterprise “Republic Cycling Track “Saryarka”.

The purpose of the visit was to become familiarized with the services and conditions provided to the public, ensuring the availability of sports infrastructure, respect of the rights of citizens guaranteed by the Constitution and the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On people's health and the health care system”, International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.

During the conversation with the staff and visitors of the sports facility, the members of the Commission on Human Rights under the President of the State paid special attention to the involvement of the population, in particular, young people, to the systematic physical training and sports, healthy lifestyles, diverting young generation from bad habits.
