Today, our center was visited by the Vice-President of the ICF International Canoeing and Canoeing Federation, Thomas Konietsko. He was accompanied by the state trainer in rowing and canoeing Aidar Kartpaev. The delegation got acquainted with the training process of athletes and the infrastructure of the sports complex. The guests were impressed with the versatility of our facility.

And I would also like to note that rowing in canoes and canoes is a view without rowing on boats. Is an Olympic sport since 1936. In addition to actually paddling in canoes and canoes or sprints, there are a large number of other disciplines using these types of boats. Of these, only rowing slalom is included in the Olympic program.
