23.12.2017

Young athletes of the Olympic cycling training center in taekwando were certified with color belts under the slogan "New steps to new goals!".

Professional growth in taekwando involves certification for belts. The newcomer wears a white belt, then in order go yellow, green, red, blue, and, finally, a black belt. Children - athletes become even more confident when they take pumse (formal exercise complexes) when they are certified for colored belts.

Through training, children become physically and psychologically stronger. In the taekwondo sections, they learn complex movements, which helps them develop concentration and coordination of movements. Taekwando pays a lot of attention to endurance and stretching. Numerous jumps and high kicks - these are the crown techniques in taekwondo. It gives a good acrobatic training, flexibility, ability to own body and mind.

Congratulations to a group of children from 7 to 14 years who passed certification for colored belts! This is another step towards your goal!
