Today, a festive mini-football match dedicated to Children's Day was held at the Zhekpe-zhek palace named after Zhaksylyk Ushkempirov in Nur-Sultan. For the first time in the country, in honor of the Year of Children, the Ministry of Culture and Sports holds a “Friendship Match”, organized by members of the national futsal team of Kazakhstan and young athletes.

The best young athletes of 2010, selected from different regions of Kazakhstan, played against the fourth place winners of the World Championship, bronze medalists of the European Championship, wards of Paulo Ricardo Figueiro Silva. The main goal of the event dedicated to the Year of Children is to promote a healthy lifestyle and develop mass sports among children.
