Today, the press conference has announced the first Winter Children and Youth Festival in six Olympic sports - biathlon, cross-country skiing, freestyle, figure skating, speed skating and short track. The Olympic Fund of Yelena Khrustalyova, the famous Kazakhstan Athlete, the Silver Medalist of the Olympic Games in Vancouver will organize under the sponsorship of the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan big children and youth competitions.

Such cities as Nur-Sultan, Shuchinsk and Ust-Kamenogorsk will hold the festival in November and December.
