On December 10, 2014 “Saryarka” republican cycling track held the press-conference, the topic discussed: “Improving the tests of the First President of RK – the Leader of the Nation - by the international experience and promotion among the population”. E. Kanagatov, the Chairman of the Committee of Sports and Physical Education of MCS of RK, and V. Uvarov, the head of the research laboratory of the Physical education Department of M. Lomonosov Moscow State University, the chairman of the Expert Council on RWD ARSESE (“Ready to work and defense” All-Russian Sports event and sports complex).

During the press conference, recommendations and proposals on the Presidential tests were received for promotion and monitoring of physical fitness of the population of Kazakhstan.
