Seminar on "Formation of anti-corruption culture"

November 7, 2017 in the building of the republican cycling track "Saryarka"held a national seminar on the theme "Formationanti-corruption culture "for specialists of sports organizationsin the execution of the plananti-corruption activities of the Committee onaffairs of sport and physical culture.

The purpose of the seminar is the formation of an anti-corruption culture, the formation of anti-corruption standards for the behavior of specialists in the field of sports in society; the creation of an atmosphere of zero tolerance for any manifestation of corruption.

The following speakers spoke at the seminar: I. Kanagatov, Chairman of the Committee for Sports and Physical Culture of the ISC of the Republic of Kazakhstan; the officer for especially important cases of the Headquarters of the National Bureau for Counteracting Corruption - M. Baranov; Director of the Department of Party Control of the Central apparatus of the party "Nur Otan" - Baymurzaev N.Zh; Head of the Department of the Agency for Civil Service and Anti-Corruption Activities in the city of Astana - Kaskin TT, as well as employees of anti-corruption mobile groups created at the initiative of the Agency for Civil Service and Anti-Corruption and the Federation of Trade Unions of Kazakhstan.

The main functions of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service and Anti-Corruption Affairs were reported to the listeners, the latest statistical data on corruption offenses in all spheres of society and the main provisions of the Anti-Corruption Strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan

This seminar touched upon the interaction of state bodies and civil society in combating corruption, shaping an anti-corruption worldview and forming an anti-corruption culture.
About 150 specialists from sports organizations of the republic took part in the seminar.
At the end of the seminar the participants received certificates of participation in the seminar-meeting.
