In order to promote physical culture and sports, to attract children to systematic physical education and sports, to increase the level of physical development of children, on December 12, 2018, an annual certification for passing taekwondo belts will be held on the Saryarka cycle track.

Children, pupils of the Center of Olympic training in cycling, engaged in sections on taekwondo and have reached a certain level of sports training, practical and theoretical skills on taekwondo are allowed to certification.

Brief certification program:

1) General physical training;

2) Surrender PUMSE (shadow boxing);

3) Practical combat;

4) Theory.

On December 19, 2018, at 6:00 pm, participants in the martial arts hall of the Saryarka cycle track will identify the participants who have successfully passed the certification process.

Young athletes in a solemn ceremony will be awarded with belts, certificates and prizes from the bronze medalist of the Olympic Games, vice-president of the Taekwondo Federation A. Chilmanov and the leadership of the Center.

Venue: Kabanbai Batyr Ave., 45A. Hall of martial arts cycle track "Saryarka".
