The situation in cycling in the whole country is changing dramatically, and in Astana, in recent years, interest in cycling has risen sharply. In the streets of the capital, many kilometers of bicycle lanes were built, bicycle parkings were built, there are bicycle rental centers, which, in turn, indicates the rise of mass cycling.

With the aim of further developing and popularizing mass cycling, introducing people to a healthy lifestyle, the Center for Olympic Training in cycling organized competitions in cycling “TrackMan Saryarka”, which took place on the cycle track “Saryarka” on February 2 and 3, 2019.

Competitions among veterans and cycling enthusiasts were held in the following disciplines:
- individual pursuit (12 laps),
- team race sprint men (500 m),
- race Git men (1000 m) and women (500 m).

The competition was attended by representatives from all regions of Kazakhstan and from Russia in the amount of 50 people.

Competitions were held for 2 days, which allowed athletes to prepare for races and evenly distribute their strength. During the competition, the most exciting were the team races to the absolute, where men played in different age categories. There was also a stubborn struggle for primacy on a pedestal between representatives of the cities of Temirtau and Astana. The riders' age group, in competition with last year's figures, achieved the best results in the time of the races.

At the end of the competition, the winners of the TrackMan Saryarka were awarded certificates and commemorative medals, as well as certificates for visits to the Saryarka fitness center, prizes of the VeloFriends public foundation, the Winner sports store and the Rocky boxing club were awarded to participants.

3rd place - Zolotukhin Alexander, Lisin Evgeny.

Women's Git (500m):
1st place - Akmoldaeva Jamil;
