Every year on the first day of summer a big holiday is celebrated - International Children's Day, which is one of the oldest international holidays. And on the eve of the International Children's Day, on May 31, 2017, employees of the Center for Olympic Training in Bicycle Sports visited the Svetoch orphanage in the village of Malotimofeevka, Akmola region.

With the warm reception of the staff of the Center met Mama children - the director of the orphanage Lilia Veniaminovna Solovyova and told how she lives a large and friendly family consisting at the moment of 35 children left without parental care.

During the trip, the staff of the Center congratulated the children on the holiday, held sports events with children, also presented gifts: office supplies, sports inventory, bicycles and equipment for plowing the land.

Children's Day is not only a happy holiday for children, it is also a reminder to the society about the need to protect the rights of the child, so that all children grow up happy, learn and in the future become remarkable citizens of their country. The Olympic cycling training center encourages employers and citizens of the country to continue good traditions in supporting and rendering assistance to needy children left without parental care.
