The Grand Prix XXX International Tournament in bullet and bench shooting, dedicated to the memory of the Master of Sports of the USSR Vladimir Pochivalov, has started in Shymkent. Competitions are held from October 25 to 31, 2021 in the shooting complex "Shymkent Shooting Plaza"

The international stand shooting tournament will be held at the SHYMKENT SHOOTING PLAZA outdoor shooting range, and the bullet shooting competitions will be held at the shooting range of the Shymkent City School of Higher Sports Skills.

The tournament in the city is held for the 30th anniversary time in the history of shooting sports and goes along with the Independence of the country. Since 2018, this tournament has been included in the calendar of sporting events of the International Shooting Sports Federation ISSF.
