Today, on March 28, state trainers, representatives of federations and heads of national teams gathered in the Saryarka cycle track to discuss problematic issues that arise in the process of interaction between state and public institutions.

The meeting participants raised the issue of revising the qualification requirements for state trainers, namely the increase in work experience. Another important proposal was the division and distribution of job responsibilities between state trainers and team leaders.

Eldos Ramazanov, Vice-Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Serik Sapiyev, Chairman of the Committee on Sports and Physical Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Elsiyar Kanagatov, Director of the NOC, spoke at the meeting.
