On December 22, in the city of Nur-Sultan, at Nazarbayev University, a unified certification in Taekwondo WT was held.

All the young athletes of the city showed their knowledge, physical fitness, and also showed pums matching the colored belt.

The certification consisted of 3 programs:

1. Theory;

2. Poomsae;

3. Physical fitness.

What is Poomse?

Pumse is a movement technique. It is part of formal exercises and is, in fact, the basis of the basic technique.
