Roy Jones Jr. - American professional boxer. Silver medalist of the 1988 Olympic Games. Undisputed world champion in the light heavyweight category. World Champion in middleweight (IBF version, 1993-1994), the second middleweight (IBF version, 1994-1996), Light Heavyweight (WBC version, 1997, 1997-2002 and 2003-2004; WBA version, 1998-2002; IBF version, 1999 -2002), the first heavyweight (WBU version, 2013-present.) and heavyweight (WBA, 2003) categories. American Journalists Association writing about boxing, called Jones “The Boxer of the Decade” in the 90s. According to “The Ring” magazine, he headed the list of the best boxers regardless of weight category in 1996, 1999 and 2003.

He is the first boxer in the history of boxing, who became the world champion in middleweight, and then he managed to win the title in the second middleweight, light heavyweight and heavyweight categories.

Besides boxing, Roy Jones is known for his music and acting career. In 2001, he recorded his first album in rap style, and in 2003, he starred in “The Matrix Reloaded” movie as Captain Ballard. Roy Jones also starred in “Universal Soldier 4”, which was released in 2012.

Oleg Alexandrovich Maskaev was born on March 2, 1969, in Dzhambul, Kazakh SSR – professional boxer in the heavy weight category. The world champion in heavy (WBC, 2006—2008) weight category.
