Exhibition "From the gold medal of Aktobe to the gold medal of London"

On May 14, 2014, the opening of the exhibition “From the Aktobe Gold Medal to the London Gold Medal” will take place at the Saryarka Republican Cycling Track. The exhibition is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Kazakhstani cycling and the upcoming Asian Cycling Championships.

According to the regulations on holding events in 2014 dedicated to the celebration of the 100th anniversary of Kazakhstan cycling approved by the Kazakhstan Cycling Federation and the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Sports and Physical Culture, the administration of the Republican cycling track "Saryarka", with the assistance of the Kazakhstan Cycling Federation, plans to hold an exhibition presentation of exhibits of Kazakhstan cycling sports

The exhibition program includes:

  • Presentation of the exhibition “From the gold medal of Aktobe to the gold medal of London” showing the development and formation of Kazakhstani cycling from July 6, 1914 to the present day.
  • Presentation of certificates, cups, texts with historical content.
  • Holding a press conference to discuss the formation, development and implementation of events as part of the celebration of the 100th anniversary of Kazakhstan cycling; discussion of issues of the upcoming Asian Cycling Championships.
  • Conversation between event participants over a cup of tea.
