Taekwondo

In the republican cycle track "Saryarka" there is a section on Taekwondo.

Taekwondo is a system of spiritual training, a self-defense technique without weapons, along with strengthening health, as well as the qualified execution of strikes, blocks and jumps, the possession of which will allow them to defend themselves and protect themselves from attack in extreme street conditions.

Regular employment of this kind of martial arts temper character, promote physical development and instill respect for others.

Taekwondo is equally suitable for both boys and girls, is part of the Olympic program.

Classes are held in the Combat Hall, with an area of 664.5 square meters. A set of children from 7 years and older.

Program of training:

Monday. Wednesday. Friday: 09.00-10.30; 18.30-20.00

Cost of lessons:

Individual lessons: 25 000 tenge (12 lessons).

Group lessons: 10 000 tenge (3 times a week).
