If possible, fasten up. High-heeled shoes or an untied shoelace can cost you your life. Throw away your bag, umbrella, etc. If something has fallen, do not try to pick it up in any case.

From March 1 to March 10, 2025, in the city of Almaty, athletes from the COP mountain bike division (juniors and youth) are undergoing a training camp focused on special physical preparation as part of their preparation for the international competition "ASIA MOUNTAINBIKE SERIES."

The following athletes are participating in this training camp: Ergeshov Alder, Chakileva Tatyana, Li Yulia, Mamaeva Sofia, Lukhmanov Bogdan, Kitaygora Karina, and Rustem Daria. Additionally, the camp includes coach Akanov T.K., mechanic Streletsky A.V., and senior coach Golovashchenko Artem.
