The open winter Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan in speed cycling (men, women) will start from February 18 and continue until February 20, 2019.

Republican competitions in cycling among boys and girls will be held February 22-23 of this year.

Competitions will be held in the Saryarka cycle track in accordance with the UCI international rules and the rules of the competition in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
