K-Culture Party on the republican cycle track
July 18 on the territory of the cycling track "Saryarka" the famous Korean groups: Highlight, B1A4, AOA and Kazakhstan stars will perform. It was exactly three weeks after the official opening ceremony of the international exhibition EXPO-2017 in Astana. Each country celebrates its participation in EXPO with the holding of its National Day. The South Korean pavilion, one of the most popular pavilions on the territory of the exhibition, attracting a lot of visitors, will hold a grand K-POP concert of the K-Culture Party.
On the eve of the National Day, it is planned to display a culture of Korea, which will help strengthen bilateral cultural exchanges. The K-Culture Party concert will go beyond the framework of an ordinary event and will become a platform for cultural exchange of the two countries at the highest level, where along with the Korean artists will also perform Kazakh artists. It is expected that the concert will be performed by well-known Korean groups in Kazakhstan, such as AOA, B1A4, Highlight.
The concert will begin on July 18 at 19.30 on the territory of the cycle track "Saryarka". It is planned that this event will be visited by about 8000 people. Tickets for the concert are distributed absolutely free of charge in the pavilion of Korea. Since only a certain number of tickets are distributed daily, and there are a lot of people wishing to attend the concert, the tickets quickly end.
The Korean pavilion will mark the participation of its country in the international exhibition and plans to hold a series of colorful events on the 3rd week of July, which was chosen as the week of the Republic of Korea. July 18 will be a K-POP concert, and on July 19, the National Day of Korea will host a parade. On the same day, the Kazakh-Korean energy forum will take place, which will contribute to the development of the energy industry of the two countries. Also on July 21, the Korean cultural performance will be held.
The director of the Korea Pavilion, Bong Yong Sop, noted that the event is also held in honor of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and South Korea. He expressed the hope that at the EXPO-2017 exhibition Korea pavilion will show the whole world not only the energy technologies of the future, but also become a good opportunity for expanding cooperation between the two countries in the field of culture through cultural events. K-Culture Party was planned by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy of the Republic of Korea and the Korean Agency for Trade and Investment Promotion (KOTRA) to promote the Expo. The event was sponsored by the famous tourist island of Korea - Jeju and Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Corporation, a governmental organization of the Republic of Korea.
