The Asian Cup on cycling on the track was held in New Delhi (India) on September 7-12, in which our cyclists took part.

As a result of the competition, the athletes of the Center showed excellent results. Among the juniors in the discipline, scratch took the lead - Өсім Ақпейіл, Titovskaya Kristina became a bronze medalist. In the team sprint, Titovskaya Kristina and Өсім Ақпейіл took the second place.

Among the men in the team sprint, Golov Viktor, Ruder Bogdan, Siazbekov Temirkhan climbed to the second step of the podium, and juniors in the team sprint, Safarov Alexander, Zhailganov Arlanbek, Kasimov Daniyar, took the same place.

The next day, the piggy bank of Kazakhstan replenished with two more medals: in the discipline of git (500m) category, the elite of Khamzin Elvira won silver. Titovskaya Christina in this discipline among juniors became a bronze medalist.

Also in the Asian Cup, third place went to: Dmitry Potapenko in the 4 km individual pursuit in the elite category, Ruslan Elubaev in the points race, Alexander Safarov in the sprint discipline.

In turn, Titovskaya Kristina became the winner in the individual 2 km pursuit, but already in the scratch (15 km) Denis Burnashev took 2nd place, and Alexander Bekenov took 3rd place.

On one podium, as a result of a race in keirin, two of our cyclists were. Zhailganov Arlanbek became the silver medalist, Safarov Alexander bronze. In the elite category in the Omnium, Bekenov Alexander won 3rd place. Sultanova Rinata took 2nd place.
