THE ROAD TO THE ASIAN CUP: SKILL, TECHNIQUE, AND STRENGTH

19 athletes, two senior coaches – R.A. Yunusmetov and P.N. Ponomaryov – along with R.S. Usanov, a massage therapist from the Astana Olympic Training Center, are working on improving their skills and preparing for the Asian Cup.

Goals and Objectives of the Training Camp:

  1. Error Analysis and Correction: Detailed refinement of athletes' individual techniques.
  2. Enhancing Sports Skills: Leveraging modern methodologies and equipment.
  3. Building Resilience: Simulating tournament conditions, including high-pressure shooting.
  4. Physical Preparation: Developing endurance and strength for prolonged weapon handling.
  5. Individual Approach: Using the SCATT electronic trainer to tailor training for each athlete.
  6. Rehabilitation: Incorporating vitamin therapy, massage, meditation, and sauna sessions.
  7. Physical Activity: Daily cardio sessions in the fitness hall.
  8. Team Spirit: Holding daily meetings with the head coach and senior coaches' progress reports.
