Alexey Khusainov, a gym instructor at the Qazaqstan athletics sports complex, who has been working as a trainer for over 10 years, believes that physical activity improves overall productivity in everyday life and increases activity levels.

Fitness improves overall physical condition, strengthens immunity, cardiovascular system, helps to stay in shape, while developing flexibility and increasing self-esteem.
