Athletes of mountain biking department have training camps
Mountain biking is not only a fun activity, but it is also an activity that has many health and general well-being benefits. For example, mountain biking strengthens the muscles in your legs, arms, and torso. It is a great aerobic exercise that helps burn calories and keep you fit.
Controlling a bike on uneven trails requires good coordination and balance. Regular exercise helps improve these skills. Time spent outdoors and in motion helps reduce stress levels and improve mood.
From 1 to 19 August this year in the city of Erzurum (Turkey) athletes of the Olympic Training Center "Astana" department mountain bike (juniors, juniors) are training camp for special physical training in preparation for international competitions and participation in the MC.
